Dr. Marco Santulin, born on June 12, 1971 in Trieste (Italy). May 2001: degree in Geological Sciences at the University of Trieste (Italy), with an undergraduate dissertation in Applied Geophysics entitled ”Integrated geophysical prospections (GPR-Resistivity methods) applied to archaeology in the Archaeological Park of Aquileia, Udine, Italy”

·	April 2007: PHD in Geomathics e GIS with a dissertation entitled: ”Seismic Hazard of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region” at the University of Trieste (Italy)
·	From December 2002 he has been working at OGS in the field of geophysical-geological data informatized management, with in particular, duties of analysis and research of new methodologies for the calculation of the PGA, development of relational database and of seismological catalogues and their relative cartographic management using GIS
·	He is working also on acquisition, elaboration and processing of geophysical and geological data with the aim to correlate them with seismic phenomena, and on earthquake prediction by seismological and physical parameters
